Update on Korean server

The following is Korean server update for December 7 (Tue).
 

1) Add Heirloom Collection

- Heirloom collection for registering blood dragon equipment has been added.

 

2) Improved use of the knife shop

3) Adjusted the drop rate of the top-level tributary items
