Update on Korean server

The following is Korean server update for February 15 (Tue).
 

1) Improvements to NPC dialog issues

- An issue where NPC dialogs were not clicked intermittently has been improved.

 

2) Modification of the High Commander's skill

- The problem that the cooldown is reduced when using the Spirit Destruction, Spell Explosion, Master, and Spirit Explosion skills without the Spirit Summon buff has been fixed.

- The duration and energy consumption have been added to the tooltip for summoning spirits.

 

3) Craftsman's soul, abrasive tooltip content modified

- Item Restorer Yongchu NPC has been added to the Artisan's Soul tooltip.

- Abrasive tooltips have been added to enhance pore strength and protect against failure of pore reinforcement.

 

4) Chiu Cheonwangshingi package period extension and ancient relic update
